My son has been getting his allergy shots here for a while. The staff is very friendly. Ashley is totally amazing and my son looks forward to getting his shots when she’s working. She is very friendly and works well with kids. She’s always smiling.

After 5+ years of fighting sinus infections & averaging 6-7 rounds of antibiotics per year, I decided to get allergy testing. I had a major infection & some serious allergies. Over the last year & 1/2, I am SO much better!! Dr Ball & his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring & friendly. We’ve had an amazing experience with everyone at Charleston Allergy but I have to take a minute to thank Dr Ball’s nurse for being an awesome person today. (So sorry I forgot your name). Thank you for taking the extra time to make Tuck comfortable. So often people forget that kids can just get tired of medical procedures or still be afraid of them even after the hundredth time. But you were kind and patient and made the visit easy for him. Thank you ❤️
As a veteran I’ve dealt with a lot of treatment regarding my asthma with no consistent positive results. However, when I was referred here by the Charleston VAMC it was best thing that happened in regards to my treatment. The entire staff are always professional but still find a way to make me feel like family. I definitely recommend! My Friday’s coming there brighten my day and always keep my face smiling. Thank you all for taking care of me and helping improve my quality of life! Love you all!
Misdiagnosis and almost cost me my life!
Dr. Moore is just amazing. She listens to your concerns and is very thorough in testing. My daughter was 2 when we started allergy testing and she made us feel comfortable and validated in all areas of concern. Would recommend her to anyone with little ones. She has the motherly vibe that just puts your momma heart to ease when your child is going through testing.
