We love Dr Dietrich he took the time and listened to us from the very first appointment we didn't know if we were in the right place with our son and after taking a look at our son and his rash Dr Dietrich and his staff at the West Ashley office knew he was in the right place because it was a rash from a food allergy! Thank you for being so knowledgeable in children's allergies!
