Rachael and Ashley are very kind I went to the Summerville office this morning and was treated with respect. The doctor that saw me was outstanding I would let everyone know about this place it was a very comfortable place and they treat you as a person.
Business response:
We love hearing from our patients and we're so glad to know that your experience with us was positive!
I was told the day of visit it was 173.35 and then billed an extra 273.55 after for them to tell me what I already knew and prescribe me allegra and zyrtec which are both over the counter drugs that I already take. Nothing was confirmed as to what was making my eyes swell. Nothing was disclosed as far as "Pricks" costing $544 that again were all things I already knew I was allergic to. Just be aware and ask for costs up front. It could end up costing you $827 for a 30 min visit...
when I come in for antibiotics for an ear in I don't appreciate having you tell me I'm drug seek and threaten to call DEHCb. you don't know how big my family is but l have told them all how l was treated
First time there. Everyone was helpful, professional, and obviously cared about my health. The doc was thorough and I feel confident in the diagnosis and treatment plan. I give them a 2 thumbs up.
Ashley is the best and always helpful thanks again for always taking care me
Ashley was a great and informative nurse for the allergy shots that I started today. She made my experience pleasurable and was very willing to help work around my hectic schedule.
I took my son to Dr.Dietrich to be checked and found out he has asthma. Can’t remember the nurse name but she was outstanding with my son while checking his breathing. She was so nice, and patient. I have never been this impressed with a doctor’s office. Dr.Dietrich was very Knowledgeable and explained everything and made sure we knew how to use the inhalers the correct way before we left. Great staff and we look forward to our follow up appointments. He has a patient for life. 💯
I haven’t been to this facility in years however, my daughter was a patient and some doctors you just don’t forget and Dr. Thomas Harper is a rare find. He is very personable, he takes his time and he really does care. I still tell my friends about him whenever someone talks about allergies. Glad to see he’s still around and giving good service to his patients. Dr. Harper, you’re the best!!💯
Went for retesting. Everyone is always so nice at CA&A!! All the ladies and Dr. Ball are great!! Very good at answering questions and listening to concerns. A fun group of people to work with!
