I recently had a poor experience at Dr. Webb's office. I found her to be rushed, rude, incomplete and condescending. She and one of her staff members insisted that I needed an expensive and unnecessary treatment, when a second opinion suggested otherwise.
Dr Webb is an acclaimed dentist who works tirelessly and gives generously of her time to her patients. She charges a reasonable amount - a similar procedure charged by a White Rock dentist (not even close to her expertise) was more money. I highly recommend Dr. Webb. Perhaps the negative comments have come on days when she has been tired - always related to how hard she is working. And she teaches at the university, volunteers at the Olympics - all on her own free time. I would hardly say that this person is focused on money... read more
I stumbled on this review service and find some of the comments way out of balance with my experience. I have been going to this practice since she bought it from Dr. Radar 20 some-odd years ago. Never had I even considered any other dental experience could be better.

Wow a lot of controversy on this site! I stumbled across this site looking for something else but I hope my opinion helps. What people who read these comments may not know is that one lady had a bad experience in Dr. Webbs office because she would not listen to DR Webb> she got very made at this lady. in return the lady changed dentist and came on here. she has been using different users and annonymous users to post adn re post bad ratings for Dr. Webb because she herself is arrogant and cannot take advice from a Very knowledgable dentist. In the 16 yrs. I have been Dr. Park's patient, he has never let me down. He listens, he truly cares. I am sooo lucky to have him as my family doctor. If I moved out of Langley I would still keep Dr. Park! His staff are friendly and knowledgeable. He is on time for his appts., is aware of good specialists for referrals. I am so happy with the excellent quality care Dr. Webb provides that I am surprised at some of the previous comments. I don't mind if the dentist doesn't try to engage me in conversation when the rubber dam is on! I have never felt ignored. Dr Webb even held up a mirror to show me the work in progress. Besides conversation is a good distraction. Dr. Webb has always taken the time to review my choices. My gold fillings will last longer saving me money and pain in the long run. I, and other family members, have used Dr.Webb for several years. I was referred to her by an endodontist and have been consistently happy with the service I have received. I work in a related field and have not found her lacking in knowledge or technical skills. Her staff have been courteous and well informed.I find it amazing that some have not had the same experience.
