I, and other family members, have used Dr.Webb for several years. I was referred to her by an endodontist and have been consistently happy with the service I have received. I work in a related field and have not found her lacking in knowledge or technical skills. Her staff have been courteous and well informed.I find it amazing that some have not had the same experience.
You all have to understand that Her rude personality and poor behaviour comes from her lack of self confidence and insecurity like anybody else
Difficult to trust Dr. Webb. She seeems to have no time or inclination to answer any questions you have. Since beginning to see her, I always get the feeling she is trying to sell me on something I don't need. The hygienists do all the work, and she breezes in at the end to mostly ignore you and do a quick check. Her front desk people are somewhat rude and dismissive.
Reading the previous comments I got the feeling that dr. Webb has engaged her friends to give her some good ratings, because the initial ones were quite bad. I will stop going to dr. Webb because she is indeed arrogant, impatient and she pushes for procedures I don't really need. Her hygienists do a poor job and I am no longer happy with spending my money for average services. I was very impressed with the intentional recognition Dr Webb has received from various dental organizations. There are many plaques and awards displayed throughout her office. Not only does she do excellent work but she is also recognized by the international dental community. I see her and her staff as people who do what they do because they really care, not because it is just a job. Dr. Webb is a fabulous dentist-- She is passionate about her work and is a true artist. I feel privileged to be able to have a dentist who has won international awards for her dentistry work in my mouth! Specialists who have seen her gold foil work in my mouth have been very complimentary about her work. Dr. Webb has always been very accurate in her diagnoses and made excellent thoughtful recommendations about treatment. I have been a patient of Dr.Webb for nearly 20 years, along with several others in my family. After a number of less than satisfactory experiences with previous dentists,I have found Dr.Webb to be a great dentist who has always provided excellent care. I have been going to Dr.Webb for many years. I think she is an excellent dentist and her work is outstanding. She would never recommend work that wasn't in my best interests. She makes the dental office a less threatening place to be with her friendly and calm demeanor. Her staff is very efficient and helpful as well. I highly recommend her.
Dreadful Dentist. She may have been good at one time but her blase personal skills leave much to be desired. I felt invisible as she worked in my mouth. No personality. Arrogant for sure. Found another dentist quickly after my experience here.
