Dr. Webb is the best dentist I have ever dealt with. She is kind, patient and takes the time to explain and show you what she is doing. Her hygienist Barb is very gentle and thorough. I have a dental phobia and Dr. Webb and her staff have been very understanding and accommodating. I am no longer afraid of getting dental work done. I completely trust Dr. Webb and all of her recommendations.
Terrific Dr. I have moved from Langley but keep him for a Dr. though it is a 45 minute drive for me. The best Dr. I have ever had. He takes the time to listen and never rushes me out. He is very caring and when giving test results he makes sure you know exactly what is happening. I would recommend him to anyone!
Found my experience at Saint Pauls Hospital Emergency to be very satisfying. Dr Diana Chang was very knowledgeable and accurate in her diagnosis of my problem. She also made me feel at ease immediately and tooke time to listen.
I had the pleasure of getting to know Dr. Webb on a professional dental level as well as a personal level. Her dental work was the highest of quality.We are from a Northern town in BC and were stuck in Vancouver for months when our daughter became deathly ill. Our family has received great dental care over the years from Dr Webb. We appreciate her 'attention to detail' and care taken in any dental work performed. We have felt very confident in any dental treatments recommended- with excellent results.
The ratings on this site are indeed varied. I think that people sometimes think they know more than does the professional are are opinionated. Sometimes people arrive late or don't do what the dentist recommends, and they regret it later. I completely trust Dr Webb who has been my dentist for many years. I get compliments on how good my dental work is. She is knowledgeable in her field, and goes out of her way to make sure that the patient's dental needs are taken care of. He has been our family Doctor for 13 years and he is absolutely fantastic. When I was diagnosed with M.S. he booked me in for 1 hour to talk to me about my results and how I was coping with the news. He is always willing to talk to me whenever I need to talk. He is the greatest Doctor on the planet and I am very lucky to have him as my G.P.
I am not impressed with this dentist. Recently, while she was working on me, she talked all the time with her assistant, didn't bother to ask me how I felt, and she seemed rather rushed and distracted. She called me by a different name, although I've been her patient for about two years. I don't expect her to know all her patients by their name, but I thought she would bother to look at my chart and call me by the correct name.
