So very disappointed with our experience at this dental office. To give them them another chance I booked our family in again for our check ups and cleanings. It appears that they all need a HUGE wake up call to customer service ! The focus is not on the patients needs as they don't listen and really don't seem to give a care. I really tried to be friendly and understanding to the slip ups they were all making yet in the end it cost me more of my time and money ! I am honestly blown away to find ANY negative reviews written about Dr. Webb. I have known Dr. Webb for almost 10 years, and my entire family and I have been a patient of hers for over 5 years. We couldn't believe the positive difference in the quality of care and the flexibility for appointments compared to any of our previous dentists. Margaret Webb is a very trusting and professional dentist. I have never enjoyed the going to the dentist and finally found comfort in going to Dr. Webbs office. Her staff is always welcoming and in good spirits when I have an appointment and Dr. Webb is always so kind . I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, hard working dentist.
she thinks is a best dentist in Vancouver. I went there for check up she spent less than 1 minutes to check my teeth and left. she just like money. I don't recommend it. so sad
I suffer from childhood ptsd that makes dental work extremely difficult for me. Dr. Webb is the first dentist that has truly been able to help me feel safe. My parents didn't take care of my teeth when I was a child and I have had many problems with them as an adult. Dr. Webb has been able to save all my teeth. She does wonderful work! I always know that she cares about me. The front desk staff are great and the hygienists are fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Webb and Arbutus Broadway Dental Centre.
I am an older patient and it is critical to have a dentist I can trust. Dr. Webb has more than earned my trust. She provided excellent guidance on my dental issues and I believe that her work has been the best I could have. She goes out of her way when I have had unexpected dental issues to get them dealt with. She has recommended other specialists as required. I trust Dr. Webb and her staff - their dental work and recommendations. This is the best dental office I have ever worked with.
Dr. Webb is the best dentist I have ever dealt with. She is kind, patient and takes the time to explain and show you what she is doing. Her hygienist Barb is very gentle and thorough. I have a dental phobia and Dr. Webb and her staff have been very understanding and accommodating. I am no longer afraid of getting dental work done. I completely trust Dr. Webb and all of her recommendations.
I had the pleasure of getting to know Dr. Webb on a professional dental level as well as a personal level. Her dental work was the highest of quality.We are from a Northern town in BC and were stuck in Vancouver for months when our daughter became deathly ill.
