I have been a patient of Dr. Webb for several years. My teeth were in bad shape. I was very anxious about the task at hand. Dr. Webb along with her staff outlined a plan that was not overwhelming by prioritizing what needed to be done. I knew I was in compitent hands. I was told that my son had 2 cavities that needed to be filled. He was booked in for an appointment and after waiting for him for over an hour I inquired why it was taking so long. After some shuffling in the background, Dr. Webb told me they had to fill 4 cavities and it would take some time. I was really upset that I was not informed and that it took over 1.5 hours of my son being in the chair. It was a very upsetting experience for him. I have been seeing Dr. Webb as a patient for over Twenty years. Before going to Dr. Webb getting dental work done was a frightening experience. My first appointment with Dr. Webb extinguished any previous anxiety I had about visiting the dentist. I am very impressed with Dr. Webb and have been a patient of 3 years now and have referred my immediate family and numerous friends to Dr. Webb. I am appalled at the level of variability with other dentist and their poor work. Dr. Webb’s attention to detail and recommendations prove she is at the top of her craft. Dr. Webb is one of the most generous person I have met. She has this willingness to teach for the benefit of next generations. She is absolutely patient-oriented. She practises and teaches dentistry with excellence as her standard and will not let other factors than patient health benefice stop her from providing adequate care. Wholehearted. Candid. An Artist. My feeling is that Dr. Webb doesn't need new patients and isn't focused on providing a good experience for them. I was referred to her by my husband and I am baffled by lack of explanation and condescension. Funny that other reviews seem to mirror my experience. She thought it wasn't necessary to explain to me what was going on, so when she said I had to come back, and asked if I had any questions, I replied yes, I wanted to know what is going on. I disagree completely with people suggesting that Dr. Webb is condescending or arrogant. She explains procedures clearly, offers options where they are available and assists in making a good decision. Her staff are excellent. I am very happy working with Dr. Webb.
I'm a nurse that has been going to Dr. Webb's office for many years and have always been happy with their practice. Dr. Webb recently took out impacted wisdom teeth for both my son and daughter. Both Dr. Webb and her assistant Linda stayed late to take the time to carefully extract the teeth and managed to keep the roots intact with minimal pain for a quick recovery. The negative comments on this site did not ring true at all with my experience. This is an extremely popular office with a happy, professional atmosphere. They have always been punctual. The assistants are professional and explain oral health maintenance well. Dr. Webb recently took out impacted wisdom teeth for both my son and daughter.
