Be very careful of the realtor Liliana Cardenas she will take pictures of you and post them on Google Trying to shame and bully that’s all that she does not a good person Be very weary of who you use as your realtor not a good person at all likes to take pictures. Think they’re a professional, but they’re far from it. And on top of that, they like to take pictures and bully and Shame people

I had a very disappointing experience with Uma Katiki during a property showing at Charles Rutenberg Realty of IL. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional, and her comments during the showing came across as insulting rather than helpful. A real estate professional should be respectful, welcoming, and informative, but this was not the case here. Based on this experience, I do not feel this conduct reflects the standards expected in real estate.

I had a very disappointing experience working with Charles Rutenberg Realty of IL, specifically with broker Mildred Martin. Throughout the transaction involving a property I purchased, I found the communication to be unprofessional and lacking transparency. Mildred was extremely difficult to work with—unwilling to cooperate or engage in a respectful dialogue when issues arose, especially regarding unresolved matters after closing.
