Friendly staff. Today, they all apologized for running behind. It happens.
Extremely helpful in scheduling surgery explanations etc.
Excellent Doctor and staff, very professional, courteous, speedy but very efficient. Dr. Hanby was very thorough and gave you time to ask questions. I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff.

Dr. Hanby and staff from pre surgery to surgery and post prepare you for your procedure so you are informed…they are more than willing to answer any questions and the nurse is always good to call back if you have any questions … top notch
My visit was very clinical. He seemed anxious and distant. His reputation is excellent and I’m sure if I choose surgery the outcome would be good but he was disconnected in our appt today. His MA was rude and scolding and was not interested in listening to me but set on her own agenda. I am a medical professional with a license to practice medicine and she and the RN were both set on not listening to me but they had a preconceived agenda. Unfortunate if they treat non-medical people like this who don’t know any better.
