Dr. Heinzelmann came into the exam room already having reviewed information I gave for our appointment. He went over the X-rays the technician had taken. We made a plan about the next step in my treatment
Clear, concise, efficient.
I had knee replacement. Dr Hanby answered all my questions before and after surgery. Great Dr. I would recommend him if anyone is considering knee, or hip replacement.
Dr. Hanby and his staff do excellent work. Staff greets you and checks you out in a timely manner. Everyone is pleasant and efficient and wait times are short. Dr. Hanby is smart, professional, and an excellent surgeon who takes time to review procedures, answer questions and advise about future options. I recommend him highly.

He truly cared about me and my knee and offered great advice and all in words I could understand
Examination was conducted easily and quickly. I had time to voice my concerns and they were addressed adequately.
He explained that there was now a mis alighnment in my knee that had not been there in previous xrays
