Very precise with answers to my questions and process of my recovery
Perfect visit with the Dr. Straight forward, direct and to the point. Couldn't ask for any better. Very good.
Very short waiting. He checked on my shoulder mobility and as a result of the surgery he told me I could resume normal activity.
He was a great help. He was prepared and ready and willing to answer all my questions. He made me feel as if I was a part of my health care and very accommodating. I strongly recommend that if you are ever in need, request him. I was in and out in an appropriate amount of time and left feeling as if I had honestly been heard and am on the best path for my recovery.
Could not of been better
In my very first appointment with Dr. Hanby, we were able to get right down to business talk very directly about my hip issue. Very professional and gave me the ability to really trust his judgment and skills. I’ll be getting a new hip in June.
Dr. Hanby's knowledge and ability to explain and answer questions was very good and very conversational.Appointment was easy to make, front end people were helpful and friendly, other medical personnel were efficient and friendly as well. It was on schedule.
Dr. Heinzelmann was great, took time to explain in detail what I have going on. He set up a game plan, without a run around! Left feeling very confident about the care received.
He refused to bill my insurance for a required surgery on my back because I smoke 3 cigarettes a day. I am in extreme pain and am unable to stop those 3 cigarettes. He and his staff are rude and refuse to help me. They literally pushed us out the door when the appointment was over.
