After two years it required a minor repair with one of the prongs on the center stone and a side stone replacement but customer service was great, time line was clear and I am happy to have it back on my finger!

Charles and Colvard have been amazing. I originally got my wife's engagement ring there. It was a custom made 1.5ct Forever one. She liked the stone and the value so much that she chose her wedding band from there. After a year, she knocked one of the teeny stones from the band out, and we sent it in to be repaired. A few weeks later, we had not heard anything. I checked with them and they showed that it was received by the shipping company, but the shipper had not sent it anywhere.
