I am very disappointed in this company. I placed an online order and my shipping date has continually been pushed back - for an in stock item! I understand the issues with COVID, however they should not accept orders they cannot timely deliver on. I was charged immediately, so now my money sits with them for weeks and I have no product.
They make extremely high quality jewelry at a reasonable price. I never stop getting compliments on my ring. I'm so happy my fiancé picked out this ring!
Paid $5000 for an engagement ring 3.5 weeks ago. Not only did we never receive it (after being charged up-front), it never shipped and now “can’t” ship due to COVID-19 “shut downs” of their factory. Odds are good we won’t even receive it before we are MARRIED. Very disappointed, but also pretty outraged to be paying for something that is AT BEST months away from shipping or receiving.

My ring is absolutely beautiful but it’s an absolute piece of garbage. Tomorrow I will be sending it back for the 4th time in 2 years to replace the stones that keep falling out. This time a chunk of the center stone chipped off. We have spent so much money repairing this ring.
