The first ship date I got was July 20th. Now there was a disclaimer that shipping times are delayed due to Covid so I do understand some. So I waited for the ship date and got nothing from Charles and Colvard. I called on the 20th of July and was told there was a delay but they would get back with me via email. We purchased both my engagement ring and my wedding band from Charles & Colvard. Unfortunately, one of the gems fell out of my wedding band after only four months. I made a warranty enquiry five weeks ago but still no response. I understand there are issues due to Covid but I experienced their delayed response times well before Covid ever existed. Extremely disappointed and would not purchase from here again.
My Ring was in "manufacturing" for a month but they could not give me an accurate ship date, could not tell me at what stage the ring was at and has awful customer service. Go somewhere else! I ended up cancelling my order & it will take 5-7 business days for a refund of something that was never even manufactured! This really put a damper on my engagement!
