Terrible. Had to wait days to get in. Confusing check in system. I felt like I should apologize for bothering the person who checked me in since she seemed so bothered. Asked for the first appointment of the day and waited an hour. Had to reschedule finally. Used to be good. Not anymore.
Not impressed with Dr Lawhorne or how he handles patient concerns. I keep paying to come back to discuss the exact same thing and he's in a rush every time. The operations director didn't seem to care too much either.
