The ONLY reason I’m giving this facility 5 stars is because of a nurse by the name of Brandon Crews. You can tell he was meant to be a nurse and you can tell he absolutely loves his patients and his job. I stayed there overnight when I had a fusion done on 4/24/19. After I came out of surgery, luckily I was paired with him. He was on top of my care and kept me comfortable the whole day. If i needed anything, he got it for me. I went in with extreme knee pain, Dr. took look at my 4yr old MRI scan and said I needed total knee replacement, I was given an estimate of $10,000 down to do knee replacement, then was told that they would figure out exact implants and a more accurate cost of full surgery so that I could summit to our form of health coverage, they never called me back, I called left message, still no call back, I don't have traditional insurance I have Christian Healthcare Ministries insurance, so I guess they were afraid they weren't going... read more

Fast in and out service very great staff
For three months I have had my referral faxed over three times. They have failed to keep track of it mainly due to the three different office managers I have dealt with. I was called a liar because they told me they would call me back, they said we don’t call people back. Maybe get rid of the voicemail then smarty. Also don’t tell me you will. Then when I was done dealing with the back and forth they said sorry you feel that way feel free to go elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Rude!!!!!!
I do now since spener Patterson gone.Dr George did my hand surgery and he awesome and staff.patterson has dismissed me so now with a bad back I have to go to Atlanta for back surgery cause he lies I got my records to doctor Joplin did my toe surgery he awesome to great service.from there.
Excellence! I’m a clinician there and this has opened my eyes to the level of care and expertise provided by the staff, nurses, doctors, techs, and all the practitioners involved in patient care. Highly recommend.
I learned (almost) all my Orthopedic skills from them- I miss y’all! I definitely need to visit my fav orthopods at Optim Healthcare soon!!! 😷😊
