Optim orthopedic was no help to me. I went in a week ago for knee pain and swelling. Today I returned because there was no resolve in my situation. I was immediately told by the secretary and the nurse practitioner that there was nothing they could do “per” the new year. What kind of organization is this? I even was told by the practitioner that he wasn’t feeling work because he had been drinking all weekend and there was nothing he could do for me.
