The 4 stars I'd give them for the food is brought to a three for the horribly slow and inconsistent service. However, the staff is very polite and friendly. Management needs to help them by fixing the ordering system and routine.
One of my favorites since we lived in Glenwood Springs 24 years ago.
Best burgers in Western slope and beyond great onion rings and shakes. Love the old fashion style or Vicco's Moved here form Wisconsin have eaten many burgers and this rates in top 3 in USA.
Loved it! The burgers are worth the wait. Excellent flavor on the smokey burgers! The steak sandwich is dressed with fantastic sauteed mushrooms and is out of this world.
