Grew up in Glenwood and during a family reunion we all made it a point to go to Charcoal Burger! Man, were we impressed! All 10 family members said "this is better than we remembered!" Good job! Thank you for the delicious burgers and fries! � � �️
Service was really bad, our order took 35min for 2 "bacon" cheese burgers with out bacon!!

Went last night and asked for a burger, poppers, and a shake. The shake was all melted as though they had one already there sitting on the counter for a couple of hours. The meat was burnt, I usually don't like to write bad reviews, but I couldn't even finish the burger nor did I take anymore sips of my melted shake. Lost a customer
Food is good IF you get it. SLOW, wrong orders, missing food, etc. You could probably go to the store, buy ingredients and cook faster than coming here and at least you'd know it was right.

This is hands down, the best burger joint in the country. I've lived all over the United States and have never found a better burger! I wish I had more hands, so I could give this place four thumbs way up!
