Burger was good, not as good as it used to be. Took 40 minutes to get my food.
Our family has been coming here for decades. Gotta make sure and get the "smoke sauce"! That being said, make sure you plan to wait. The food is always good, but the service was incredible; 45 minutes for a cheeseburger and a chocolate malt, and the cheeseburger came with the paper they use to separate the cheese slices. I would say they could use two more people in the kitchen, but you can't fit that many people in the kitchen. The drive-thru service seemed faster, as a dozen cars came and went while we waited.
I really wanted to like it but the wait was too long and Burger wasn't worth it.
On a Wednesday at 2pm waited over an hour for 3 burgers
2nd car in line when we arrived. Took 20 min just to order. We're now at 45 min since ordering with no end in sight. Patio is packed with people who have no food as well. Cannot believe how long getting a couple burgers is taking! In summary, order at lunch if you want your dinner on time.
Waited over an hour and still several people in front of us. Ended up getting a refund. Should warn people they can expect that long of a wait!
Service was not the best, slow, not at all friendly, and they screwed up the order. The burger was alright, have had much better. The poppers were not fresh made they were frozen. There are much better places in Glenwood
