Late on this. But I purchased a 2014 fiesta here brand new. Would have been very nice if I could have been told about the vehicle issues before now being completely stuck with it. I just love how all the issues happen after my warranty runs out. This extended transmission warranty doesn't even help because im still told its just how i drive. Took it here maybe twice in past 2 years about this, usually the desk lady is pissy. And everyone else tells me the car is normal...NO THEY HAVE A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM, Just like countle... read more

I went I for recall service. never again. From the first call to set up an appointment told they would call me back. 3 days later I had to call them back. took at 810 am. they called me at 9 am to state I needed a battery. told them I didn't want one. I've never had a problem with it. at 410 pm called them to see if the car was done was told they would call me back. at 445 pm called them again they stated the paperwork wasn't ready. went there was told to have a seat. 10 minutes later the service person came over and stated ... read more
