The absolute WORST experience ever at a dealer!!! My dad warned me about them, when i got there saw a “well to do couple” crazy pissed at them but i stayed like an idiot! Lies, shady, and the worse customer service! Unfortunately bought from them, once and done, BEWARE!!!! Normally don’t do reviews but had to about this place as a service to everyone thinking about buying there!!

Have done business with Chapman for many years. Service people are very pleasant and keep me updated on what is happening if car is in for repairs.
I came in abruptly far from home with a screw in my tire. The staff was so prompt and courteous and fixed it right away. They even helped me take care of my two young sons. I’m ever so grateful!
Thanks to Zach for a great car buying experience yesterday with the Toyota Prius 3! We did forget to get our picture together though!
Fords are less with Chapmen on the back!!
Chapman of Columbia's customer service is worse than Comcast and that is saying something. Rack up an itemized list of "issues" that don't fix the original issue. Call and try and speak with the "right" people who are too busy to field customer calls.
