We had a schedule mix-up as the call center actually scheduled for the wrong Chapman location. Before I could get a word out, they said no problem and instantly accommodated me. The entire team was friendly and even talked with my kids while we waited. Where else could you a find a dealership where kids are excited to go?

Very terrible place to go. Dean is a joke (man who works there) un professional and they gave me three lemon trucks in 5 years. STAY AWAY!!!
John Carruthers was very polite and professional. Really worked to meet my financial and family needs by selecting the right vehicle.
