Bought a 2011 F150 from here in December. Tranny went out , no help.

Service was excellent as usual. Everyone was professional, polite and accommodating. I really like Chapman Ford and will highly recommend this dealership and service department to all. You will not be disappointed. Great job by the service department. Everyone was friendly, happy and fun to be around starting from the GM down.

I have a 2003 Ford Focus SVT. In 2015, I brought it to chapman to have the whole car rewired. Costed me $2900. Hasn't passed inspection since. An independent shop told me there were a million wiring issues and asked me who did it. They were in disbelief when I said Chapman Ford, and said that was 1 of the worst wiring jobs they had ever seen
Pay every month for "360" protection but yet they say scratches on my rear bumper are to large to fix. Charged me for inspection sticker but didn't get it cause they failed my car, changed emissions sticker though...DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Dirty salesman, not a honest head there except the little old men that drop you off. Again, this place is a joke and filled with lying salesman.
