From the word go this place was and has been a total nightmare. First of all with sale of the car and then the finance department forgetting to register my car and then service. Yes, I said service; after 4 days my brand new Jeep needed an anti break module. 245 miles. I would never recommend this dealer.

I no longer have a Dodge. I keep getting letters addressed to my husband who died in 2016. I called your dealership and asked that you stop sending mail to James Wiseman as he is deceased and don't have the caravan. Now I get request and estimates to sell the van addressed to Deseased James Wiseman. Really? What is wrong with you people. How could you do that a grieving widow or widower???? #SmhatChampmanDodgeScotsdale
