Excellent customer service from service department. Manager Darren runs a great dept. Leo is the man!
Worst service ever. Stay away! Service department didn't listen. Parts department didn't listen. Basic safety feature that should be included under recall is not. All the service people do is say, it's not covered under recall when recall notice clearly states in recall notice that it should be covered! Ridiculous!!!! Can't wait to have my car back and get away from this place!

Took 2 phone calls, 1 online chat with a CSR and 24 hrs to get a service advisor to call me. Won't be going down this road again. No bueno.
NEVER BUY A CAR HERE!!! THIS IS A WARNING! I purchased a car from this dealership two weeks ago, they are just now calling me to tell me they can not get anyone to agree to the terms they signed off on . I'm not sure why you would let someone "buy" a vehicle if the finances are not in order . This has been the worst experience! Not only did the payment i agreed to went up 3$ when it was time to sign the paper work, now i don't even have a loan. SPOT DELIVERY SCAM read up on this and look out for it at this dealership!!!
