we purchased our last 3 jeeps without a problem. This time they delivered the car minus the trailer hitch. Then I spent more than a week trying to get it resolved. Spoke to several managers-sales, service, general manager all had apologies and assurances that they would get the hitch installed. Once we took delivery, I was no longer a priority. Excellent service! Bob Phillips is courteous and keeps in touch. My previous dealership lied about what I knew was wrong. Bob not only returned my calls but informed me that my factory warranty had only 4 days left! Bob and the technicians, Jack Sherman and Frank Keefer, got my truck running in tip top condition and in the time promised. I've had the same Service Drive Manager since the very first day I bought my Jeep. Bought it brand new! 2015 Grand Choreeke, Altitude. Dave Colwell is the man! My Jeep now has 45k on it and the 36k warrantee is up. My driver side headrest deployed because of the heat. All the clip disintegrated, causing it to slit open. A new one would of been $600! 1st time service here. Why did Bob Phillips want to charge me $80x2 air filters and $125 for installation when the print out said $79? He said it was a computer glitch. Wow.
