Stopped in to look at a Jeep on Sunday and drove off the lot with it a short time later. Reeve Luxmore was a pleasure to work with and was a very up front and treated me right with regards to my trade. I would recommend Reeve to anyone that wants a great car buying experience. From start to finish this has been the worst decision made to "work" with these guys in purchasing a vehicle. From condescending financing guys, to a "bumper to bumper" warranty that doesn't cover bumper to bumper these guys take the cake on selling bullshit. Very good customer experience. Steve our sales guy was awesome. Al the finance manager worked out miracles and went above and beyond to get the deal done and do whatever it takes. Best car buying experience ever. Signing docs took less then ten minutes. Doing this and treating me without playing games is what will keep me coming back. Thanks

Too bad you guys aren't as worried as keeping the promises you make as you are about selling a car. Been downhill ever since signing on the dotted line, and that was just on Friday. I asked 3 times friday about making an appointment to get my "promises" fulfilled. They assured me no appointment was necessary. They told me the parts would be in tuesday and to just bring it in.
