The shuttle service was nice. Took my van in that I just bought. Asked for a a diagnostic of the whole vehicle and to check the dash lights. I got an estimate from them for $1100 for a BCM $170 for a gas cap and was told I have an oil leak. Wasn't told where the leak was. Got a charge of $263 for this. I went to AutoZone asked for a gas cap... $13 asked for a BCM... $84 wtf Chapman. Did you just feel like screwing over someone who is already in hardship. Way to treat a customer. I will not be back.
Yesterday morning I took my '07 Jeep Compass due to a window issue. I had called the day before and everyone I spoke to was very courteous. That was a great introduction. Eddie from the Service Dept was my contact. He and everyone else I came in contact with were awesome. Thank you everyone for your great service. And also for washing my Jeep.
