Chris English was such an amazing service adviser. I felt like we could be friends outside which made me feel comfortable with him. He didn’t try to push things on me like other advisors which is really nice. Wish all service advisors were like Chris.

called Monday afternoon and asked for I go on new Jeep Wrangler. The next morning they picked me up and drove me to the Auto Mall.. The staff very professionally and showed and demonstrated the vast assortment and options. After a test drive the fast experienced and always courteous team had me financed and fully aquatinted with my new Jeep Wrangler which I drove home that same day.. Less then 24 hours after my initial call for the information.

Nothing but problems since I got the car. I haven’t even had the car a year and we’re still having problems. My Cherokee has been in the shop more than it has been on the road. Just spoke with the Service Manager Gus who advised my husband to fix the issues himself since my husband is an L3 with Chapman (my car is still under warranty). My Cherokee has had problems with the radio, driver window, back door handle has been replaced twice now, struts are out but they say nothing is wrong with them, per Jeremy (the service advis... read more
There service was off the charts, I made a appointment 55 minutes latter they where done, now hopefully we are ready for a long road trip. In July.
