Nothing against Chrysler Jeep everything against this dealership. This location has no ethical or moral values they sold me a car that’s been having nothing but issues and they refuse to take responsibility for it. The car they sold me had 9 year old tires on it that they never even bothered to check. Even after having 2 oil changes and rotations done at the same location. Everyone was professional and there was some miscommunication. I wanted an out of state deal even though I have a Nevada’s drivers license I have always registered my cars in Utah where I also have a house. The financial Officer told me that was illegal. It is not. So, I brought in paperwork for my income and asked the salesman if they got it set up to be registered in Utah. He said my package was already sent to the Nv DMV. Then I talked to Ann and April and they said my loan was even approved or funded. So, he lied to me! ... read more

Horrible customer service. Was having issues with my Ecodiesel and service department clearly did not care to help. I was hung up on and when I called back I left voicemail that was never returned. Obviously this dealer has no pride in the products they sell.
