We have been going to Chapman for bit now. The salesman and finance have been awesome. The service side has taken care of me and hasn’t disappointed once
I recently dropped my Jeep off for service because my check engine light was on. Melissa was great in getting my vehicle diagnosed and followed up with me along the way. She did work to get my rental car at a pick up location close to my house, however Chapman ended up getting my service completed earlier than anticipated so no rental car was needed. 5 star service from Melissa all the way. I had made an appointment to service my Jeep a week in advance with the auto show location. When I made my appointment I made sure to ask about rental cars, seeing as I bought a warranty that covers this and I had work for the day of the appointment. The woman that made my appointment was very helpful and said the rental car was covered and would be easy to set up coming in. She set me for the next available appointment no issues. Never bring your vehicle here. No one in service knows what they are doing. My family and I arrived to pick up my Jeep and everyone just sit there looking at us. No one even tried to help us. I’d highly recommend go to Auto Zone instead of bring anything here.
My experience with Corey was fantastic he was able to get me into a great new Jeep Gladiator I love it and then you had Jacob Gilles that did my finance great job getting me a great rate and both these gentlemen were superb and every way I would highly recommend going to see these guys at Chapman Jeep

My Wife and I, bought 2 used cars from them. One required repairs to the Air conditioner that were promised in writing. After 1 month of waiting they said my car was ready. Come to find out the air conditioner was still broken. but I needed transportation and was told they will schedule maintenance on it. This dealership is an absolute JOKE! If you want to get scammed out of your money, you’re at the right place. My husband and I drove in from California to purchase an $80,000 car from these scumbags. They supposedly run out of state deals all the time. Thinking we can we were in good hands, we stupidly moved forward with the deal, only to receive a notice from the DMV stating we now owe an additional $2,629 because the loser in finance screwed up our paperwork.
