Worked with Dennya. Great experience! She gave me a quote via email. Was able to work out a deal. Never felt pressured. She's a soft which is more my style and am more apt to buy from then your typical pushy "car salesman". Great customer service from her. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle at this dealership to reach out to Dennya.
The whole experience is very good. There is not much room for negation for my car. That makes sense, since the price is already low enough. I bought the car with 25,500. I saw a huge leap of Q50 compared to the old G37. It's definitely is a deal.
Dealer was proactive and responsive.
Acura Manager worked out our issues and we got a great deal
Their pricing was unrealistic/completely inconsistent with the market -- at least for the vehicle of interest for me -- 2010 Acura ZDX -- priced $10- 12K above market.
