The dealership was very responsive to my questions and provided me with pricing, tax and fee information quickly. Someone else bought the vehicle before I was ready. Sales staff were great though.

The salesman who contacted me, Michael, actually listened to what I had to say, was very respectful and not pushy. It had been many years since I bought from a dealer after some bad experiences, but I enjoyed this transaction immensely. Stephanie was fantastic with the paperwork, and not pushy at all. They put me through to a sales person who did not know the vehicle Technology Package or safety features about which I inquired. Phone call was cut off and sales person did not call me back.
