I’ve been several times and have had good experiences, this last time my bill jumped over a hundred dollars to add a few foil highlights on top of standard color and cut. I did ask why and was told my stylist was a level higher than my last?? I guess there is a different price list per stylist? Shouldn’t the customer be aware this f this? The outcome was great and I paid the $227 bill w out complaint but unfortunately I will not be back despite Lindsey’s excellent job. Hello, I have been a client of this business for more than 10 years. BEWARE! Norma is sucking he business dry. VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK. She can offer all the discounts and incentives in the world but she does not care about anything but money. I pity the dedicated employees, but if they have talent, they can go elsewhere, that is exactly what I plan to do and suggest that you do likewise.
