Irina is excellent and Joey Efficient and personable
Tanya is a wonderful stylist-I've changed colors and cuts and she always makes it look great! City Spa has been my go to since I moved to Norfolk. Everyone here is extremely friendly and crazy talented. Have referred several people and wouldn't think about going anywhere else!! Back to Tanya-love her!
Been going for pedicures for years. It’s so clean-nowhere else compares! I love “Stephanie” but all the technicians are very good. You get what you pay for!
All the stylists are very professional and they really make the experience as smooth and relaxing as possible. Loved my hair, loved the environment, and everyone was so welcoming!
Nice facility but each appt I have had has never started on time.
