Mixed feelings about Changes I've been going to Changes for a number of years, and have experienced good and bad. Gil has been doing my color for about a year and he is excellent. He is talented, but also takes the time to listen carefully to what I want. When I go by for any other service, he always makes it a point to greet me by name. One negative that has occured many times is that I will call ahead (maybe 10-15 minutes ahead) to make sure my appt. is running on time. I'm so traumatized with the haircut i got. It's in NO WAY what i wanted, even after initially showing a picture of what i wanted and MANY times throughout the cut. I was told to try it out for a couple of days and if i wanted adjusted to come in within 10days free of charge. I went in a 2nd time to get it fixed...i shouldn't have gone. After i left...i cried in the parking lot for an hour. i had long hair, down my back. i wanted sholder length and i ended up with an earlobe length cut. I just had the best deep tissue 60min. massage by Rhianna!! She definitely has Blessed hands. She worked out all my tightness from head to toe. She was so free & peaceful spirited. You must try her!

RecommendedAwesome customer service. My hair stylist Caitlin was very helpful. She listened to me and I left very happy. Place is very clean and everyone was friendly. Will definitely return!
First visit there today, saw Caitlyn and she did a fabulous job. As a former stylist myself I have high expectations, and she delivered!
I like City Spa because they have a great facility with friendly staff. My daughter’s birthday present was to treat me to a massage, manicure, and pedicure. I enjoyed all but specially the massage. She was great! I recommend it and I will give it a 4 out of 5 stars. However, as my daughter says, I am a bit critical and have very high standards.
