A relaxing massage, by Sheila, who was able to get the kinks out of my "Admin Neck", followed by a pedi, by Jackie, who suggested a beautiful purple color that looks awesome. Best day off in a very long time...thank you!
I've been going for about a year for massages (Sheila is fantastic!) And I've always been in this tiny room. Last time I was in a much larger room and it made it so much better. I felt more relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I'm really looking forward to my next massage. ..always ask for a large room if you don't want to spend an hour in a closet.
Gala is the best for skin care treatments!! She is incredible! Been seeing her for years and she still amazes me !!
I've always gone to Changes and Jakes Place for the past 11-12 years, but after today's horrible customer service from the manager, Karen, I don't think I will ever be back to Changes!!! Jakes Place has phenomenal customer service! Changes needs a change!
