I agree with the negative reviews...customer service is bad but the service itself is okay. I keep changing the tech to get a better service. The waxing does not worth the money. The facials are super. Never had my nails or hair done there. Too many negative reviews to take my chances.
I spent a fabulous, relaxing day here with the amazing staff. Facial by Kimberly, massage by Sheila and mani pedi by Kirsten. I will definitely schedule again when I am back in Norfolk. Thank you Changes City Spa for a lovely day!
