I've always gone to Changes and Jakes Place for the past 11-12 years, but after today's horrible customer service from the manager, Karen, I don't think I will ever be back to Changes!!! Jakes Place has phenomenal customer service! Changes needs a change!

Ok... Honestly I see how the spa could get bad reviews... I haves lived in VA for 14 years and have been going there for all of that time...I had my nails done there by 3 different people... I was not impressed... Till I found Sandra she works slow but I had those nails for 2 weeks not a chip or break.... I get my hair cut every 6 months.... By Michael Reynolds I love him...
