She is. Outstanding in her diagnosis, knows exactly what type of problem you have and has been a godsend to me for twenty years on identifying numerous melanomas and othe dermatology robld. I give her 5 stars
I have suffered from a very itchy rash for years. I saw 4 dermatologists who prescribed multiple medications…none of which helped. Dr Chang was persistent and after 2 weeks got me on a regimen that totally healed the rash. She is very responsive.
