I am a long time patient and Dr Chang has always been thorough and answered all my questions without hesitation. Very professional approach yet easy to talk to and approachable
Dr. Chang is great. The turnover in her office staff and medical assistants seems unusually high. I visit every few months and rarely see the same staff people twice.

Dr. Chang knows skin ailments (psoriasis, eczema, skin cancers, etc.) doesn’t try to upsell products or treatments!
I hadn’t seen a dermatologist is several years. But when I saw Dr. Chang the other day I knew I had found my new doctor. She made me feel comfortable as she gave me a full exam and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I trusted her. She was professional but also very friendly. Her staff were all excellent. I couldn’t be happier.
Dr Chang provides outstanding preventative care, mitigation, and advise/counsel. She is very patient, attentive and kind. All of this in addition to that fact that her overall expertise and practitioner skills are unmatched, I highly recommend her to anyone needing dermatological care and/or treatment. Specifically, Dr Chang's medical service was outstanding.However, the office aspect was definitely less than expected. My appointment (for Monday 11-03-25) was made about 4 months in advance, but the office/desk staff waited until (Friday 10-31-25) only leaving a voice mail in need of a document in which I faxed minutes after hearing the VM.
