Dr. Chang is personable and extremely thorough with her examination. I will always recommend Dr. Chang.
I have been Dr Chang's patient for quite a number of years and she never fails to impress me each visit I have had with her. She always shows genuine concern about any issue you have, takes her time with you during the visit, answers all your questions you might have and gives you information to help with your issue. Her staff are all caring, genuinely pleasant and also very helpful. She has earned way more than the 5 stars listed above!!!
She has an outstanding manor, and she explains things very clearly. She is recognized for the accuracy of her diagnosis.
I was promptly taken back to an examination room before my actual appointment time. Dr. Chang came in to examine me within 5 minutes. She is very friendly and checked out all of my concerns thoroughly. She put my mind at ease and answered all of my questions.
I trust my dermatology needs to only her, i actually drive from 4.5 hours away just to see her, she is always top shelf and the best dermatology doctor there is.
Quick and easy check-in, no waiting, and a fast and thorough exam. Makes it very rewarding to show up for an annual exam, which is something that is to easy skip at the least provocation.
I have always had a very good experience with Dr. Chang. She is usually always on time and is very responsive to my questions and concerns. She always treats my problems with care and shows great respect and kindness during my visits. She never rushes and takes the time needed to respond to my questions. I do appreciate the care she has given me.
She’s always professional and personable. I leave feeling as if I have been thoroughly checked and all my concerns addressed.
