Good interaction. Well-organized. Seems to know her stuff. Very smooth experience on this, my first visit.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Chang together for many years. She is thorough and very observant. My husband has had to have a referral to a surgeon twice, both times the cancer was caught early and results were complete eradication with no complications. Many thanks to Dr. Chang.
I have seen Dr Chang for a few years, in the past the examination always been excellent very comprehensive from head to toe. This time, not so much. I was not asked to change into a gown for a full body exam, only asked to take my shirt off. I know she booked a couple of patients within 10 minutes apart, maybe the process has changed. I like Dr Chang, I was disappointed with this annual examination compared to the exam that I got from her in the past.
Dr. Chang has helped me tremendously with my HS. She is really kind and very knowledgeable and when other doctors ask me who my dermatologist is and I mention her name there is not a one doctor who has not said 'you are in really good hands with Dr. Chang'. I will always be grateful for her compassion and expertise.

She is very personable and easy to talk to. Also has a sense of humor.Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She didn’t mind seeing my wife and I at the same time.. wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have seen Dr. Chang for years for my yearly skin check. She has such a positive personality and always puts me at ease during each appointment time. She is also extremely knowledgeable and does an excellent job in explaining areas of interest or concern.
Dr and staff are always pleasant and efficient. I always feel reassured she checks me all over as I have family history of melanoma plus actinic keratoses. So far so good. I have been going for more than 5 years here.
