Dr. Chang is not covered under my insurance, but I would so rather be private pay and have her as my doctor. She is professional and has a great bed-side manner. I trust her decisions and know she has the expertise to make good choices for my care.
Dr Chang is a top notch dermatologist! She explains all findings and procedures very thoroughly so you know exactly what to expect. My husband HATES going to any doctor but he loves Dr Chang!!
