I've always suffered from acne and now at my age Melasma. I've seen much improvement since becoming her patient. She is truly a genuine, empathetic, caring, and very concerned Doctor who only wants to help you look and feel better with the skin your in. Exam was thorough and efficient. Treatment of pre-cancer spots was fast and relatively pain free. I feel Dr Chang is excellent.
Dr Chang is a professional, caring and knowledgeable MD. I don't wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. I really appreciate this. I have been seeing her for over 20 years and she's very concerned with any skin lesions and treats as necessary.
Dr Chang always first washes her hands when she comes in the room. She listens to everything you have to say & then after examining the problem, she tells you her plan You never feel rushed
