This was my first time seeing a dermatologist and I was a little overwhelmed. But, Dr. Chang was so caring and patient that I felt so comfortable and she made my first visit a positive one.
The staff was friendly and professional! Dr. Chang is thorough and asks and answers questions throughout the exam. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang!
I am always pleased with Dr. Chang and her staff. The waiting time is minimal. She does not appear rushed when she is with me and answers any questions that I have.

Dr. Chang took time to listen to my concerns, did a very thorough exam, and we discussed solutions to my hair loss. I never felt like she was rushing.
