Loved the kindness and understanding she showed me. She took her time and explained everything to me.
It was my annual check-up. Office was very friendly and helpful. I was seen in a very timely manner. Dr. Chang took time to listen to my concerns, did a very thorough exam, and we discussed solutions to my hair loss. I never felt like she was rushing. She listened and took the time I needed to understand what we discussed.
