I do like this professional doctor.
I was referred by the VA and was a bit nervous but Dr Chang was terrific! She knows her stuff. She made jokes, and explained everything. The staff was also terrific, very nice and attentive. I’d definitely go back there again.
The office wait is no more than 10 minutes max. We are treated with respect and dignity. She is professional, thorough and easy to speak with.
Excellent Dermatologist, listens to your concerns, addresses the issues your having, patient, friendly, wait times are reasonable, doesn’t rush you through the appointment, and her staff is friendly as well as helpful.
Dr.Chang performs a total body skin check on me every four months. She has discovered several malignant melanomas on me, one of which was so serious it required major surgery at MD Anderson, followed by skin graphs and a year of radiation, follow up ultra sound examinations and total body PET Scans. I am cancer free and I literally owe my life to Dr. Chang. She is professional, knowledgeable and a skilled diagnostician. I trust her with my well-being and all my dermatology needs.
I had a bad case of poison ivy over the weekend. I sent a "contact" message to Dr. Chang on Monday, asking for a medication. The next morning I was called. The assistant discussed my symptoms and gave me a same-day appointment in the early afternoon. I was seen rather quickly by Dr. Chang and received a prescription. I felt very special for receiving prompt treatment.
