By far the worst staff I have ever spoken too. I was on hold for 10 mins trying to make an appt, but due to billing that I was unaware of, they won’t make me a follow up for my seizures unless I pay the balance off. The supervisor told me, “they hadn’t had a chance to call me yet.” The ladies on the phone were by far the most disgusting & rudest people I have ever talked to and met. They told me to find another Dr. and they are sending me to collections and hung up. STAY AWAY!!!

Im writing this review because I feel that my visit to Dr Chang is worthy of a good review. First things first, It was very easy for the scheduler to get me an appointmnet, which i was not expecting seeing that she is a specialist. I was quite impressed with that. The office itself is clean and organized. Check in was very easy and the staff all greated me when I walked in. My wait time was around 15 minutes which was wonderful

Dr. Chang is one of the best Neurologists I’ve seen. As a physician myself I was very impressed by not only her, but the great staff she has in place. Place runs like a well oiled machine.

My visit with Dr Chang was worth a good review. The office staff is just wonderful and caring. The office itself was clean and very organized. Dr Chang was very direct in her plan of action for my issues and that is something I do appreciate in a Dr. She listened to everything and was very kind and understanding to all the issues I was having. I will be reccommending Dr Chang to my friends and family. It was very easy to get an appointment and all the staff was very kind and efficient

Dr. Chang and her team are fantastic. They are thorough and accurate. This is a great place to go, everyone is so kind and helpful. I was seen under an hour which is great compared to other offices and I like that she is straight forward and to the point, She was to tell me what my diagnosis was and ordered the appropriate tests. The staff was able to work with my crazy schedule and get me in in a timely manner. I couldn't recommend them more. Fantastic group of caring people.

Amazing office, staff and physician. I was able to get in in a timely manner and everyone was so helpful. My seizures are finally controlled after being prescribed different medications. Other neuros iv seen don't see to care and always put me on meds that made me sick. Im happy to have finally found a great neurologust.

Doctor Chang’s office is the best neurologist I’ve ever been too. I was referred by my primary to see her for syncope (constant fainting) and she was so detailed and addressed all my concerns. Ive seen her a few times since my first visit and I’ve never felt like I’ve been rushed or she didn’t have enough time to address my concerns. Her office staff is also always so professional and as patient as her.

Dr. Chang Should not be practicing medicine. My office visit was a joke at best. She did not examine me, she did not discuss my issue, she did not even attempt to act professional. She did not even attempt to act professional. Do not, I repeat, do not go to her office. I will never ever recommend her.
