The rude office staff is a bad start for new patients. I experienced obnoxious behavior and had the phone shut mid-conversation. If these are the standards of a medical office, I would hate to learn what the medical standards are. I switched to another dr. Dr. Bess is not the only Dr. in town. Stay away from that place.
I saw Dr Chang 2014 before back surgery, she was recommended by my surgeon. I guess she has not improved her patient rapport. As I was scheduled for surgery an she was to conduct nerve conduction tests which required laying on an examination table and required to assume different positions, as I was in constant pain and was having difficulty in getting into position she roughly pushed on my hips to turn me on my stomach . Great Neurologist! She was very knowledgeable and was to the point. Knows what she is talking about. The staff was also very knowledgeable and on top of things.
Exceptional Neurologist and great staff.
After describing my problem she knew that I don’t have neurological problems and still suggest and run all the tests that put me for over $700 in bills. I had two different days appointments to make more co-pays for each day. It could be done in one appointment. It looks like it was not helpful for me at all, just made money out of me.
Impersonal. Was more interested in her laptop than her patient. Never looked at me nor examined any part of my body. Never asked my named.
Thought she was very knowledgeable, and the staff seemed to be pretty well organized. I will continue to use her as my Neurologist.
